extrusion medical silicone product:
Extrusion silicone products are suitable for products with regular shapes and large output. The advantage of extrusion can be continuous, and long term production. At the same time, it is also a kind of processing ith less waste, which guarantees the raw material can be fully utilized during the extrusion process. Medical silicone catheter: This catheter is made of high-quality imported silicone as raw material, which is non-toxic, odorless, non-irritating, non-allergic, and has good biocompatibility. It also has high temperature and low temperature resistance, and can be used normally at -60 ℃ -250 ℃. The product hardness can be selected from 30A-80A, and it can be directly used through ethylene oxide sterilization packaging. The main application areas include the medical device industry, beauty equipment industry, medical equipment accessories, and pharmaceutical equipment accessories.

Tear to verify the tear elongation of the product, so as to determine the size change of the product when it is damaged.
By high-temperature combustion, observe the flame, dust, and odor to determine whether the material meets the material parameters.

Flame retardant performance: Liquid silicone products can reach UL94 V-0 flame retardant level, silicone materials produce less smoke when burning, and do not contain toxic substances.
